Order Processing

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

 

  • We offer standard ground shipping to the contiguous United States via trusted carriers.

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

 

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

 

Delivery Timeline

 

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days after processing, depending on your location.

 

  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

  • For lost shipments, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns Policy Eligibility

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on orders, regardless if packages are unopened.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for custom closets designed and sold to the customer. Refunds will only be issued for defective products that the customer does not want replaced.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

 

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
