Terms & Conditions for Online Orders

 

Helix Closets designs and manufactures custom closet systems based on the measurements, preferences, and specifications provided by the customer. By submitting measurements and approving final designs, the customer accepts responsibility for their accuracy.

 

All Helix Closets systems are shipped as flat-packed components, ready for assembly. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

-Unbox and inspect components upon delivery.

-Notify Helix Closets within 2 business days of any missing or damaged parts.

 

Helix Closets systems are wall-mounted using a steel wall rail. The system is designed to be safely and securely attached to properly constructed walls.

 

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:
-Install the closet system or hire a qualified installer. 
-Ensure that the wall structure (e.g., drywall, studs, masonry) is suitable for supporting the load. 
-Use appropriate wall anchors or fasteners based on wall material.
-Follow all local building codes or regulations related to mounting.

 

Helix Closets does not provide installation services or hardware for securing the wall rail, as wall conditions vary. Incorrect installation or hardware use may result in structural failure and is not the responsibility of Helix Closets.

 

Helix Closets assumes no liability for:
-Improper installation
-Damage caused by faulty or inadequate fasteners
-Injuries or property damage arising from misuse or misinstallation

 

All digital representations of colors, textures, or finishes are for reference only. Due to screen differences, lighting, and rendering, they may not reflect the exact physical appearance. Helix Closets is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to color variation if no physical sample was requested.

 

Returns & Cancellations


Because each system is made to order:
-All sales are final once production begins.
-Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
-No returns will be accepted for custom-made products.

 

By purchasing from Helix Closets, the customer agrees to:
-Provide accurate measurements and information
-Inspect product deliveries promptly
-Take full responsibility for installation and safety

 

By purchasing and/or installing a Helix Closets product, the customer grants Helix Closets the right to photograph and/or record video of the installed closet system. These photos and videos may be used for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes, both online and in print.

 

Helix Closets will make reasonable efforts to avoid including personally identifiable information or unrelated areas of the customer’s home in such media, unless expressly permitted by the customer.

 

For Closets Installed by Helix Closets

Helix Closets agrees to furnish designs, materials and installation in accordance with the attached drawings, specifications listed on the drawings, and sales agreement.

 

This contract is final and is not refundable after 3 business days from the signing of the sales agreement.

 

Helix Closets will make every effort to determine the client's needs and wants based on the information gained from the client's about their possessions and the measurements of the given space. Helix Closets reserves the right to make modifications to the design at installation if it finds hidden obstacles that were not obvious or apparent during initial inspection, measurement and design. If any changes are needed, the client will be notified and talked about the modifications.

Payments for beginning manufacturing: Upon approval of these documents, a deposit of 100% of the total cost will be required to begin closet manufacturing.

 

Job Site Preparation: Client agrees to remove all personal items from work areas prior to arrival of our installation crew. Please remove all existing shelving and poles, wire shelving, etc., and having the area patched and painted prior to our arrival. For insurance purposes, client must stay clear of the installation area until the completion of the project and not interfere with the installer(s).

 

Installation: if you need to change your installation date, please call us as soon as possible. There will be an additional $50.00 charge to any date change requests that are within 24 hours of the current installation date.
